Privacy Policy

Bubbi is built privacy first. The short version: we don't collect your baby's data, because everything you log stays on your phone.

In short: Bubbi has no account and no cloud database. Every entry you make, your baby's name, feeds, sleep, diapers, pumping and notes, is stored only on your device. We don't track you or build a profile of you. The only information that ever leaves your phone is what's needed to process a subscription, handled by trusted payment providers.

1. Who this applies to

This policy explains how the Bubbi app ("Bubbi", "we", "us") handles information when you use it on your device. By using Bubbi, you agree to this policy.

2. Your baby's data stays on your device

Everything you log about your baby, name, date of birth, feeds, sleep, diapers, pumping, growth measurements and notes, is stored locally on your device using your phone's own storage, and stays there. We have no server or database that receives this information. We cannot see it, and neither can anyone else.

3. How your information is used

The information you log is used for one purpose only: to show it back to you inside the app on your device, your overviews, statistics and history. Your baby's data is never sent to us.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Bubbi offers optional paid subscriptions. When you buy or restore a subscription, the purchase is handled by the app store you downloaded Bubbi from (Google Play or the Apple App Store) and by our subscription provider, RevenueCat, which manages subscriptions on our behalf.

To make this work, limited information is processed, such as an anonymous app-generated user identifier and details of your purchase (for example which plan you chose and whether it is active). This is used only to unlock and maintain your subscription and to restore purchases if you reinstall the app. It is not linked to the baby data you log, and it is never used for advertising.

5. Exporting and sharing

Bubbi lets you export your data to a CSV (Excel) file and share it, for example with your pediatrician or doctor. This only happens when you choose to do it. Once you share a file, it leaves the app and is handled by whatever app or service you send it through. We never see it.

6. Analytics, tracking and ads

Bubbi contains no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party tracking or advertising SDKs. We do not use advertising identifiers and we do not build a profile of you. The only external service Bubbi uses is the subscription processing described in section 4.

7. Children's privacy

Bubbi is intended for parents and caregivers to track information about their baby. It is not directed at children. The baby data you log stays on your device and is not collected by us.

8. Data security

Your information is protected by your device's own security (such as your passcode or biometrics). Any files you export and share are your responsibility once they leave the app.

9. Your choices and control

Edit or delete individual entries at any time inside the app.
Use "Reset app" in Settings to erase all data stored on your device.
Deleting the app from your device removes its local data.
To manage or cancel a subscription, use your Google Play or Apple App Store account settings.

Because we never receive your baby's data, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete on our side.
