The simple terms for using Bubbi, including your free trial, subscription and how to cancel.
1. About these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the Bubbi app ("Bubbi", "we", "us"). By downloading or using Bubbi, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Using Bubbi
Bubbi is a personal tool that helps parents and caregivers track their baby's feeding, sleep, diapers, pumping and notes. You are responsible for the information you enter and for how you use the app. Bubbi is intended for personal, non-commercial use.
3. Not medical advice
Bubbi is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. The tips, growth guidance and milestones in the app are general information only. Always consult your pediatrician, midwife or doctor for questions about your child's health.
4. Free trial
Bubbi offers a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. During the trial you have full access to the app at no cost. You can cancel at any time during the trial and you will not be charged.
5. Subscriptions and billing
After the free trial, continued use of Bubbi requires a paid subscription. We offer monthly, 3-month and yearly plans. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase or at the end of the free trial, unless you cancel beforehand.
Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period and price unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
6. Managing and cancelling
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID settings: open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current paid period remains active until it ends. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
7. Prices and changes
Prices are shown in the app before you subscribe and may vary by country. We may change prices or plans for future purchases; any change will be shown before it applies to you. Existing subscriptions continue at their agreed price until renewal.
8. Refunds
Purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store. Refund requests are managed by Apple according to their policies. We are not able to process refunds directly; please contact Apple Support for refund questions.
9. Your data
All the information you enter in Bubbi is stored locally on your device. We do not collect or store it on our servers. For details, see our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for keeping your own backups; the in-app backup feature can help.
10. Acceptable use
Please do not misuse Bubbi, attempt to break or reverse-engineer it, or use it in a way that harms others or violates the law. We may limit or end access if the app is seriously misused.
11. Availability and changes
We work hard to keep Bubbi running well, but we cannot guarantee it will always be available or error-free. We may update, change or discontinue features over time. We may also update these Terms; the "last updated" date above will change and the new version will apply going forward.
12. Liability
Bubbi is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
